Music is one of those things that has always fascinated me. I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t listening to some sort of music, and I’m not sure if it was ever a time when I wasn’t singing along to something.
When I was a child, my dad used to take me to see his favorite singer, Bobby Vee, at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle. This was before I even knew what a concert was, so I just assumed that this was how you went to a concert. It’s probably the only time I’ve been to a concert as an adult, and I had no idea what to expect.
I didn’t know what to expect from Bobby Vee, but I was pretty sure that he would sing. And he did! He sang all the songs that I wanted to hear, and then some. The concert lasted about three hours, and I had a great time. I learned a lot about the history of popular music, and I got to see my favorite singer up close and personal.
My first concert was probably more of a show than a concert. I went to see the Rolling Stones at the Seattle Coliseum in 1969. I was fifteen years old, and I’d never seen a concert before. I was really impressed with their performance, and I still remember the excitement I felt when they finished their set.
The next year, I saw Pink Floyd perform at the same venue. I thought that Pink Floyd was going to be like the Rolling Stones, but they were way different. I liked them, but they didn’t seem to have the same kind of energy that the Rolling Stones had. I guess I just liked the energy that the Rolling Stones had more.
I haven’t been to a concert since then. I think that I might try to go again sometime, though. I haven’t heard anything that I really want to hear live. There are so many bands out there now that it’s hard to decide which ones I should listen to.
There are some bands that I really like, though. One band that I like a lot is called Pearl Jam. They’re a rock band from Seattle, and they’ve been around for quite a while. They’ve recorded several albums, and they’ve been on tour a lot.
They’re still touring right now, and they’ll be coming to town soon. I’ll be watching their concert very closely to see how they perform. I’ll probably go to the concert, too. If you like rock music, I recommend that you check out Pearl Jam. They’re really good.
