Live Music Now at Home with Jali Bakary Konteh

Gambian musician, Jali Bakary Konteh, is a griot ("Jali" in Mandinka). In this video he introduces you to the kora - a West African harp. Jali invites you to join in with him as he performs traditional Gambian songs and his own song ‘Foroya’ (Loyalty). This video is a special commission for The Village School, Brent.
