Slammin’ Sammy-Surdo & Djembe Stand & Booty Shakers!

Hi There, I'm I'm Sammy K, an independent artist and educator. Living in Los Angeles California. I'm
here to talk about a product I'm really excited about, called "Booty Shakers" Now the Booty Shaker is a wonderful product. I use it on my drum set, and I've been using it for a while. I love what it does my floor tom. I love what it does for my snare drum. and I love what it does if I put a
TomTom in a snare stand away from the bass drum. However I get tasked quite a bit here in Los Angeles with trying to play drum set types of grooves without using my drum set. Sometimes it's a live setting with
singer-songwriter. Sometimes in the recording studio where
we're looking for motion or sound or color but, we don't want the sound of the full drum set. Over the years I tried various things. I've used different sounds and all types of drums from around the world.

And I always had the same problem. Which was the never sounded quite a as good and full as I needed them to sound, if I had put them in a stand or on a stand, to be able to play multiple instruments in the studio. Well problem solved with the, Little Booty Shaker. What I have recently discovered is that by using the Little Booty Shaker on snare stands and using my hand percussion.

In this case a Remo Sound Shape. I am able get the full e.q. all the sustain and sensitivity. I can even just use my fingers, like I did when I was playing earlier. And get the full sound of the rim, the
resonance and the head. Now I never had that before. Whenever it would be in the stand before I had the shakers, I would lose a lot of that resonance and I
would lose some of the color, and I would lose some of the e.q. Now the drum sounds the way it's supposed to sound, and its just a wonderful thing. You notice I can get shell sounds….over here. Those a great when you doing colors or you doing an idea in the studio Where they just need some kind of color, some kind of sound, a little bit of motion, but they're not ready for anything quite on the drumhead, I love it! The other thing that's great about these products is they are so lightweight and I travel a lot.

I can take my Little Booty Shakers and then the Original Booty Shaker which I also use on this particular world percussion tom and I keep them in my bag when I travel, they
don't weigh anything they're great. They will save a drum set that's not sounding very good. You put them underneath a floor tom and it comes back a little bit. Sometimes I even get snare stands where they won't even close all the way. and you put the Little Booty Shaker on there and it makes the drum secure in there. Now and everything's great and wonderful
you can also get all the benefits to the sound and the e.q.
and everything else. If you want to learn more about the Booty Shakers and really why wouldn't you? You need to go to tnrproducts.com If you'd like to find out a little bit more about me that's @ www.slamminsammyk.com Thanks for stopping by and hearing a little talk about Little and regular Booty Shakers Put them on your drums try them with the things you use.

Get the e.q. get the fullness get the sustain make your dreams sound big. Have a great day!.
