DJEMBE CENTER
presents Corporate Team Playing Team Building with
African Drums Facilitated by
Lennart Hallström We're visiting at a conference center near Stockholm
where a staff group has just started today's team activity. …so it's not about being somewhere in between,
or that one is better than the other… …but it's about moving freely along this scale… …the ability to screen things off when needed,
the ability to be very responsive when needed… …and being able to move in-between the two in a flash. WE DEVELOP AND PRACTISE · Cooperation and Leadership · Communication and Responsiveness · Inner and Outer Focusing Using drums as my tools, I'm leading coporate groups into
a rhythmical interplay where everybody is included…

…and get a strong sense of unity. No previous knowledge or special abilities are required… …anybody can do it! …and it also will show up again… …if you can do it with drums,
the result will be the same in all aspects of your life. It can be board meetings, family matters, anything… Sometimes it's enough to keep your focus
on the end result of your task… …rather than exactly how that task should be executed. If you reach your destination,
there can be many different ways to get there. Then of course there is the typical way to go,
that you can choose if you don't want to risk anything. But you could also take a different route to the same place. Alright… …very good! What can we say about the signals?
Were all signals played exactly like I have instructed? No….. Did it work well anyway?
Yes… Exactly! Are you ready?
Go ahead! WE LEARN HOW TO HANDLE · Similarities and Differences · Strengths and Weaknesses · Goals and Roles Alright! And how can you tell that it was a good signal? Everybody started at the same time! …so the relation you have established with the
people you are leading is of utmost importance! WE FIND NEW ROADS TO · Motivation and Commitment · Creativity and Problem Solving · Self Confidence and Respect Now, you will get to be solo players…

In every organisation there must be someone
who is not just doing the same as everybody else…..which we do when we play supporting parts:
Everybody must keep the rhythm and the pulse. But then there must be some who are innovative –
creative – breaking boundaries – outside the box…..that's the solo player. And being a solo player
in this case means doing what nobody else is doing! Thank you all very much! For more information, please contact
