When playing on the drums we have what we call a drum rhythm, and what we call a drum fill Let's start with the drum rhythm So you place your right-hand stick on the hi-hat cymbals And your left-hand stick on the snare drum and this is where you hit on the hi-hat cymbals And for the snare drum, this is where you hit it, at its center. We move now to the drum fill.
